Reading the Score Charts

MDL — Max Deadlift Find your lifted weight (lbs) in the left column. Higher weight = higher score.
HRP — Hand-Release Push-Up Find your rep count. More repetitions = more points.
SDC — Sprint-Drag-Carry Find your finish time (MM:SS). Faster time = higher score.
PLK — Plank Find your hold time (MM:SS). Longer hold = more points.
2MR — Two-Mile Run Find your finish time (MM:SS). Faster run = higher score.
Passing Standard You must earn at least 60 points per event and a total of 300 or more to pass.
